Connecting ADP® Recruiting Management to Built

Prev Next

For customers utilizing our ADP Workforce Now® (US) and ADP Vantage HCM® integrations.

Our bidirectional integration allows you to create requisitions in Built, utilize our configurable approval flow, and then send the requisitions to ADP Recruiting Management. You can also connect requisitions imported from ADP Recruiting Management to positions in Built.

While any ADP customer can enable the ADP Recruiting Management integration, only customers of our Position Management module can access the Requisitions table to create and manage requisitions in Built. Customers not subscribed to the Position Management module can only visualize imported requisitions on the org chart.

To connect Built and ADP Recruiting Management:

Only Company Admins can configure company settings. Learn more about managing user roles and permissions.

  1. Click your company name at the top of the main navigation, then click Company Settings.

  2. Click the Integrations tab.

If the Integrations tab is not immediately visible, click the More dropdown.

  3. In the table, locate and click ADP Recruiting Management.

  4. Click Connect.

After connecting Built to ADP Recruiting Management, daily automatic imports will be enabled. You may also initiate a manual import at any time.
