Once logged into your company account, individuals can manage their profile information, complete documents, and more. This article explains the options for sending login invitations after adding people to your account.
Note: Each individual must use the unique invite link generated specifically for them and valid only once.
To invite someone from their profile:
Navigate to a person's profile by entering their name or title in the Jump to a Profile field and clicking their name in the list that populates.
Click the three-dot menu to the right of the person’s name, then click Send Invitation to invite them to create a password and log in.
Note: If the person was previously invited, checking the status of an invitation will confirm if it’s been received and provide further suggestions.
To invite multiple people at once:
Navigate to the People page from the main menu.
Check the boxes next to the people you’d like to invite, and then click on the Select An Action dropdown at the top of the list.
When the menu opens, click Invite to login and, if you’d like, customize the text in the invitation email. A unique invite URL needed to create an account will also be included for each recipient.
Click Send.
Note: When an individual accepts an invitation to log into your company account, they can create a password or access the system using single sign-on (SSO) with Built. If your company is enforcing single sign-on (SSO), people who haven’t yet accepted a login invitation must choose an allowed SSO option.
