Checking the Status of an Invitation

Check the invitation status for an individual or multiple people.

Once you’ve invited a person to log in to Built, you can confirm the invitation was sent, the email address it was sent to, and whether the individual has accepted the invitation.

To check a person's invitation status:

Note: Only Company Admins, HR Admins, and HR Managers can invite others and monitor invitation statuses. To learn more, refer to: Understanding User Roles & Permissions.

  1. Navigate to a person's profile by entering their name or title in the Jump to a Profile field and clicking their name in the list that populates.

  2. On the person's profile page, click the three-dot menu next to their name.

  • If the person has not yet been invited, click Send Invitation. When the window opens, review the invitation and click Send to invite the individual.

  • If the individual has been invited but has not yet accepted the invitation, you can click Resend Invitation to confirm when the most recent invitation was sent and optionally send another invitation.

  • If the person has accepted the invitation, you’ll have the option to click Invitation Status and view the email address with which the individual accepted the invitation. This email address is now the person's login email address.

To check the invitation status for multiple people:

  1. Navigate to the Reports page from the main menu.

  2. Click the User Logins tab.

    Note: If the User Logins tab is not initially visible, click the More dropdown.

  3. Check the Invitation Status column and the Last Login column to determine whether an individual has been invited, accepted the invitation, or when they last accessed the system.
