For customers of our Position Management module integrating with a supported ATS.
To create a requisition in your ATS from an approved Built requisition:
Only Company Admins, HR Admins, HR Managers, and Recruiting Managers can send requisitions to an integrated ATS. Learn more about managing user roles and permissions.
From the main menu, navigate to the Recruiting page.
Locate the approved requisition in the Requisitions table and click the req ID.
When the requisition opens, click the Send to ATS button in the ATS integration box on the right side of the page.
If your ATS is not yet integrated, please contact our Customer Success Team for additional assistance setting up your integration.
When the Send to ATS window opens, enter or confirm the information required by your ATS before clicking Send. Once submitted, you will see the external ID and status of the requisition in your ATS.
Sending Requisitions from a Position’s Info Panel
Requisitions connected to positions can also be sent to a supported ATS via the position’s info panel by locating the Recruiting section and clicking the Send to ATS button. If the position is not connected to an internal or external requisition, you can click Create Requisition, complete the form provided, and then send the requisition to your external ATS once approved. Alternatively, you can bypass Built’s approval process by clicking Skip Approvals and Create Req in External ATS and entering the required information.
