For each requisition, Built maintains a record of changes, specifying how and when the change occurred.
History will be available for all requisitions created after June 15, 2026.
Requisition Creation and Data Changes
The requisition’s initial creation is documented, specifying whether it was created directly from a headcount plan. All data changes are recorded, including the previous and updated values for each:

For organizations utilizing a custom requisition form, the position history records the form's initial creation, along with any updates to requisition and position custom fields and their associated data.

To view a requisition’s history:
All individuals who can access a requisition can view its history, including the individual who submitted the requisition, all assigned Approvers, Recruiters, and notification recipients. Company Admins, HR Admins, HR Managers, and Recruiting Admins can view history for all requisitions. Limited Admins and Read-Only Admins can view the history for requisitions within their specified scope. Managers can view requisition history for their subordinates’ positions. From the main menu, navigate to the Recruiting page.
Scroll the table to locate the desired requisition, or use the search field to identify a specific requisition by entering the req ID, title, or external req ID.
Click the three-dot menu next to the req ID, then click View Requisition History. To share or store the requisition history currently displayed, click the Print or Export button in the upper-right corner.
You can also access this option when viewing the requisition itself by clicking the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
