While you can update most of your data by importing your people or positions list or setting up automated data imports, the following fields currently require you to enter changes manually.

Position Data Requiring Manual Updates:
Funding Source
Note: The Employee Type field is shared by a person and their position. If a person's employee type is updated, the employee type for their position will be updated automatically. The reverse, however, is not true. When importing data, file columns mapped to the Employee Type field will update both the person and their position. Employee types for open positions must be updated manually.
