When managing funding sources for a position, you can allocate funds from the sources you’ve created.
To add a funding source in Built:
Note: Only Company Admins can create a funding source. To learn about assigning permissions, please refer to: Understanding User Roles & Permissions.
From the main menu, navigate to the Position Management page and click the Funding Sources tab.
Click the + Add Funding Source button to open the window.
Enter the funding source name, description, amount, start date, and end date. Click Save. You can now allocate the funds to individual positions.
