You can initiate an export from a few places in Built, depending on whether you need to export a list of people or positions and what fields you want to include in your file.
Notes about exporting people and positions:
•If you’ll be using your exported file to update information in Built, it’s important to understand how importing people-centric versus position-centric data impacts the changes you can make.
•Only Company Admins, HR Admins, and HR Managers can export all people and positions. Limited Admins can export people and positions within their specified scope. To export compensation/budgeting data, an individual must have permission to view and edit compensation/budgeting data. A Company Admin or HR Admin can adjust your company’s org chart permissions, allowing other individuals to export org chart data they’re permitted to view.
