To change a person's employee status to On Leave:
Note: Only a Company Admin, HR Admin, or HR Manager can update a person's status. To learn more, please refer to: Understanding User Roles & Permissions.
Navigate to a person's profile by entering their name or title in the Jump to a Profile field and clicking their name in the list that populates.
On the person's profile page, click the three-dot menu next to the person's name, then click Change Employee Status.
Use the Status dropdown to select On Leave.
Click Save.
For customers of our PTO module or Timesheets feature: Individuals with an On Leave status will not receive automatic accruals or be required to submit timesheets.
