# Learn About Our ADP Workforce Now Recruitment® Integration

Our ADP Workforce Now Recruitment integration allows you to [create requisitions](/v1/docs/creating-and-managing-requisitions) in Built and utilize our [configurable approval flow](/v1/docs/configuring-requisition-approval-workflows-and-assigned-recruiters). You can also [import requisitions](/v1/docs/learn-about-our-adp-workforce-now-recruitment-integration#requisition-data-imported-from-adp-workforce-now) from ADP Workforce Now Recruitment and auto-connect them to positions in Built to [view them on your official chart](/v1/docs/applying-org-chart-visualization-tools#configuring-position-card-display-options) and across [configurable reports](/v1/docs/utilizing-your-organization-s-reports) and metrics, improving visibility and planning.

*While any ADP Workforce Now® customer can enable the ADP Workforce Now® Recruitment integration, only customers of our Position Management module can access the Requisitions table and create and manage requisitions in Built. Customers not subscribed to our Position Management module can only visualize imported requisitions on the org chart.*

## To connect Built to ADP Workforce Now Recruitment:

1. At the top of the main navigation, click your company name, then click **Integrations**.
2. When the Integration page opens, locate and click the **ADP Workforce Now Recruitment** tile.
3. Click the **+ Add Integration** button. Connecting your integration will start an initial requisition import and enable daily automatic imports. [Configure your integration settings](/v1/docs/configuring-how-built-handles-positions-for-imported-terminations-and-new-hires) to reflect your organization’s import preferences and more.

*Company Admins and HR Admins may initiate a manual import at any time by clicking the three-dot menu on the* ***ADP Workforce Now Recruitment*** *tile, then clicking* ***Start Manual Import****.*

## Requisition Data Imported from ADP Workforce Now

Refer to the table below to learn about the data requirements for importing requisitions from ADP Workforce Now Recruitment. Once imported, you can [auto-connect requisitions to positions](/v1/docs/auto-connecting-adp-workforce-now-job-requisitions-to-built-positions) in Built, helping you ensure complete, accurate data and improved planning.

## To disconnect your integration:

1. Navigate to the **Integrations** page.
2. Locate the **ADP Workforce Now Recruitment** tile, click the three-dot menu, then click **Remove Integration**.
3. Click **Remove** to confirm this action.

*Future imports cannot be initiated after disconnecting your integration.*
