# Connecting Your ADP Workforce Now® or ADP Vantage HCM® Integrations

## Automatically connecting your ADP data to Built allows your organization to:

- Turn your org chart into an interactive, visual portal for your workforce data.
- Engage in collaborative scenario planning with configurable approval flows to inform organizational strategies.
- Utilize real-time insights to optimize position management/control.
- Identify critical roles and effectively manage succession plans, minimizing role vacancy gaps and associated losses.
- Identify internal talent and promote advancement opportunities, reducing hiring needs and knowledge attrition while improving retention and morale.
- Practice streamlined headcount planning and implementation, creating positions and requisitions directly from an approved plan.
- Manage requisitions with configurable approval flows.
- Manage your organization’s budget periods, assign budget sources to positions, and leverage budgeting metrics to improve planning.
- Assign and track company assets.

## Already using Built and ADP?

### To connect your Built and ADP accounts:

1. Log in to Built.
2. Click your company name at the top of the main navigation, then click **Integrations**.
3. Locate the tile for your desired ADP integration and click the **+ Add Integration** button.
4. Click the **Generate** button. Once the code is generated, click **Continue** to initiate the integration. [Configure your integration settings](/v1/docs/configuring-how-built-handles-positions-for-imported-terminations-and-new-hires) to reflect your organization’s import preferences and more. To initiate a manual import, click your integration tile, click the three-dot menu, then click **Start Manual Import**. Future imports will run automatically based on your configured import frequency.

## If you’re new to Built, there are two options for connecting to ADP:

### Sign up directly with us, then [link to ADP via your Built account](/v1/docs/learn-about-our-adp-workforce-now-and-adp-vantage-hcm-integrations#to-connect-built-to-adp). With this option:

- You can try Built for 30 days using your own ADP data or fake data.
- Billing is handled by Built.
- A signed order form is required.
- Your Built account can be easily disconnected from ADP and connected to another HCM/payroll system, should the need arise.

### Sign up for Built and connect your data through the ADP Marketplace. With this option:

- You can try Built for 30 days using your ADP data.
- Billing is handled by ADP, with the option of adding it to your existing ADP invoice.
- No order form is required.
