# Connecting Built to Your ATS

---

## To connect Built to your supported ATS:

*Only Company Admins can configure company settings. Learn more about* [*managing user roles and permissions*](/v1/docs/managing-user-roles-and-permissions)*.*

1. Click your company name at the top of the main navigation, then click **Company Settings**.
2. Click the **Integrations** tab.

*If the Integrations tab is not immediately visible, click the* ***More*** *dropdown.*
3. In the table, locate and click the hyperlink provided for your desired integration.

4. Click the **Connect** button.

*Connecting your integration will start an initial requisition import and enable daily automatic imports. You may also* [*initiate a manual import*](/v1/docs/connecting-built-to-your-ats#to-manually-import-requisitions) *at any time.*

## To configure your integration settings:

1. Navigate to **Company Settings** > **Imports**.
2. Locate the section for your ATS integration and click the **Edit** button.
3. Confirm whether you’d like to enable or disable automatic imports by selecting **Yes** or **No**.
4. If you’re enabling automatic imports, you’ll be prompted to:

- Select your desired import frequency.
- Enter an email address for automated import notifications.

*ADP Workforce Now® customers also can choose whether requisitions will be* [*automatically connected to positions*](/v1/docs/auto-connecting-adp-workforce-now-job-requisitions-to-built-positions) *in Built. Alternatively, requisitions can be manually connected to positions.*

1. Click **Save**.

*Once requisitions are initially imported into Built, an additional setting will appear, allowing you to choose which external requisitions can be displayed on your official org chart based on their statuses. Individuals* [*who can access requisitions*](/v1/docs/managing-user-roles-and-permissions#recruiting) *can then display them on the chart by enabling this option via the* [*Display Options settings*](/v1/docs/applying-org-chart-visualization-tools#display-options) *within the chart’s visualization tools.*

## To manually import requisitions:

*Only Company Admins, HR Admins, and HR Managers can import data into Built.*

1. From Built’s main navigation, navigate to the **Recruiting** page.
2. Click the import icon.
3. Once the import is complete, click **View Requisitions**.

## To disconnect your ATS integration:

1. Navigate to **Company Settings** > **Integrations**.
2. In the table, locate and click the name of your ATS integration.
3. Click the **Deactivate** button.

*Future imports cannot be initiated after disconnecting your integration.*
