# Configuring Built AI Settings

Your planning team can leverage powerful AI features to enhance the quality and efficiency of workforce planning:

## Ask Built AI Agent

Our [AI agent](/v1/docs/built-ai-overview) helps your planning team identify opportunities and risks, optimize structures, and make informed decisions by providing instant insights and recommendations, scenario modeling, automated workflows, and reporting.

## AI for Job Definitions

Customers of our Position Management module can also produce AI-generated summaries, responsibilities, and skills for their organization’s job definitions.

*By default, AI features will be enabled, and access will be granted to Company Admins, HR Admins, HR Managers, Limited Admins, Read-Only Admins, Recruiting Admins, Asset Admins, and Managers.*

## To enable, disable, or configure role access for Built’s AI features:

*Only Company Admins and HR Admins can manage company settings. Learn more about* [*managing user roles and permissions*](/v1/docs/managing-user-roles-and-permissions)*.*

1. Click your company name at the top of the main navigation, then click **Company Settings**.
2. On the **Genera**l tab, locate the AI Features section and click the **Edit** button.
3. Select **Yes** to enable, or **No** to disable AI features.
4. Use the checkboxes provided to determine which assigned roles in Built can access the AI features.
5. Click **Save**.
